Greka Drilling Limited (AIM: GDL), the largest independent and specialized unconventional oil & gas driller in China, announces that it has been informed by its registrar of the following interest in the Company’s ordinary shares: Mandolin Capital Pte. Ltd. (investment manager: Richard Chandler Capital Corporation) – 32,109,912 shares (representing 8.06% of the Company’s issued ordinary shares).
